Barangay Ginebra’s “Never give up” Spirit

I’m so happy last night because Ginebra won the championship game. They have a great game because their opponent (Air 21) is a good team too. It’s a best of 7 game and the first game was taken by Ginebra while the second and third was taken by Air 21. Then Ginebra looses one of its players (Helterbrand) because of an injury and everybody thought that they have a big chance of loosing thing the championship. They’ve won the fourth game and that made the standing 2-2 and then their opponent won the fifth game. But Ginebra showed that they are determine to win the championship and won game six and seven. They really deserve to win the champion ship because they’ve shown their “Never give up” attitude because they’ve fought ‘till the end and most of their player are in pain. Erik Menk did a great job in the third quarter of the game and Alexander did a good game too. Who would have thought that they will be the champions for this league because their standing during the first part of the league is 0-5 but they did not give up and they were able to win the championship. I’m not a basketball fan but I enjoyed their game. I watched it since championship’s game one to seven and all I can say is congratulations and you guys deserve it!

Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince

I’m so excited to watch the next Harry Potter movie (Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince). I watch surfing the net and I stumble to Warner brother’s website and I watched its trailer. I wish it’s already November because it is set to release on that month. I’m a big fan of Harry Potter and all I can say is it’s a good movie. It is one of the best movies of all time for me.

PLOT: As Harry Potter begins his 6th year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, he discovers an old book marked mysteriously "This book is the property of the Half-Blood Prince" and begins to learn more about Lord Voldemort's dark past.

Alison Carroll is the New Lara Croft

I’m an Angelina Jolie fan myself. I’m a bit disappointed when I read an article in yahoo that there will be a new Lara Croft. Alison Carrol will be the new Lara Croft. She will be busy traveling the world to promote the latest Tomb Raider game.

"It's unbelievable how realistic [Lara's] movements are in Tomb Raider: Underworld and it's so gratifying to be able to use my years of gymnastic training to portray such a beloved character," Carroll said in a press release.

Francis M has Leukemia and Needs Blood Donors

I’m not exactly a big fan of Francis M. But I felt sad when I heard that he’s diagnosed with leukemia. I always watch Eat Bulaga and who would have known that he is sick. He needs blood donors. I’ve read that they are accepting donors that have blood type “O” and patelets. For those who are would like to donate, all you have to do is to go to The Medical City hospital in Ortigas and it’s in the lower ground level in the name of Francis Magalona. Please let’s help the Master Rapper. Master rapper is the son of local matinee idol Pancho Magalona and actress Tita Duran, Francis created his own mark in the entertainment industry as a rapper-performer when he released his debut album, Yo! back in 1990. The said record spawned the massive nationalistic rap hit song "Mga Kababayan," which in effect introduced Pinoy style rap music in the mainstream.

Old Woman

I was on my way home from work when I saw this old woman asking for a little help from those busy people that doesn’t even care to look at her. I stopped to check her out and because I think that she’s really in need I gave her 100 pesos (well that’s the only amount I can afford that time). She took my hand and said “thank you” that moment I felt that she’s really in need. I know that money is hard to earn these days but I don’t think that it is right not to share it to those people who are in need. Most of us usually think that they are just asking for money to spend on things that they don’t need. All I can say is, ask your self, “What if they really are in need?” and “What if that person is hungry?” Some of us would say that those people should get a job. But I don’t think it applies to elderly people. I don’t think they deserve to be neglected. I just wish that our Government would do something about it. Let us put our selves in their shoes and probably we will be able to understand those people.
